I have a 24-hour cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge for missed appointments. I never let any of my clients down so would appreciate the same courtesy. I fully understand things crop up from time to time that are completely out of our control but a simple phone call to explain is all I ask. Although I am lucky that I love my work it is also how I make my living and a missed appointment is lost revenue. As I am a busy salon I always have clients waiting for cancellations.
